About Me
Hi, I'm Susan McKay! My students call me Ms. Susan, and I'm a freelance educator with almost 20 years of classroom teaching, special education and tutoring experience. I work one-on-one and in small groups with children in grades K-8 who need extra support with reading, writing, math, or executive functioning skills. Additionally, I offer academic coaching and writing support for middle school students. I'm available to work in person in the Capitol Hill area of DC or we can meet virtually. I would love to work with you and your child!
